Board Duties

The Texas Education Employers Benefits Cooperative (TEEBC) is a non-profit entity governed by a five member Board and formed under the Texas Interlocal Cooperation Act. The TEEBC solely focuses on employee benefits and centering our energies on methods of improving benefit offering, new product development and aggregation opportunities.

Our Board provides independent oversight and critical analysis of the selected Administrator. We review Benefit offerings and seek to improve communication methods to our member districts and their employees.

Furthermore, we evaluate new product offerings as well as aggregation development to lower cost and improve efficiencies for our members.

Additionally, we provide oversight to the TEEBC Interlocal Agreement utilized by our members.
