TEEBC is currently conducting a Large District Group Life RFP for a number of large school districts with an employee base of 1,000 employees or more. The participating districts will save valuable resources for their district and reduce the cost of coverage for their employees that purchase insurance for themselves and their families through this aggregation opportunity. Districts will also be able to retain their current plan designs and enjoy the savings. The Board appointed committee will make a recommendation to the Board and a carrier selection will be made no later than July 1, 2016.
